Amazing techniques mr Jareth how about imagining a mirror that reflects the negative-energy back to sender since I started my attunments with you and specifically with Thoth he has taught me to use my hands when dealing with negative people and I imagine them as energy mirrors reflecting the bad energy back to the sender so I can be sitting in that boring meeting full of negative energy and just turn my palms outwards towards the sender imagine my hands being energy reflectors and bouncing the energy off back to the sender.
